How do I become Trusted?

Hey my brother introduced me into your DarkRP Server on Garys Mod and I gotta say its pretty fun and addictive. Also am mostly on it every day for more than four hours or more and I was talking to a fellow player(cant remember his name) but he said something about being trusted to get better money printers and i was wondering how do i become trusted because I want more printers and job options to further enhance the gaming experience.
